Kathleen brings a lawyer’s eye to contracts, disclosures, negotiations, and the unexpected issues that can arise in a transaction. Her design background also shapes property presentation, photography, and marketing.
John Paine
Engineer & Real Estate Broker
John combines an engineer’s practical eye with a strong quantitative background. He is particularly skilled at analyzing market data, assessing value, and evaluating property condition, repairs, inspections, and systems.
